Lumen does not reveal the installation's version information to users

Mentioning this because I want to report an issue, and I cannot see any indication of the version of Lumen in use, and therefore also whether it has been upgraded recently.

Perhaps this should be shown somewhere easy for users to report?

The version is the git hash :) git ls-remote [remote-name]
