payment options no longer in 'New Event' email

Since some time the payment-options (offline or iDEAL is what I use) are no longer in the email to the administrator. Is this a known problem? I didn't change anything on the site.

Site is https://www.podiumvreewijk.nl (in Dutch).

Hi Charlotte,

In the recent 3.x.x version of Pro, when a booking is initially made, there is no payment gateway selected, so that information is not available.

I assume you are using the %form_submission% placeholder, which displays the information collected from the booking form - as the gateway selection is no longer part of the booking form it will not appear there.

I will look into a way to provide a placeholder for the payment gateway, but again this will only be available after the user has selected the gateway (i.e. after the "booking created" email notification).

There is a bug in the new version of PRO. After testing yesterday I put the old version back of Event Organiser PRO, because the payments did’nt work anymore. When I clicked on iDEAL I came in a testpayment screen and could do nothing further.

Hello Stephen,

After using the old version a while and everything went well I recently updated the Event Organiser Plugin (not the PRO!) on https://www.podiumvreewijk.nl/

Now the payment of a booking is no longer working. when you click on ‘Buy tickets’ the next screen is a ’test-modus payment’ and ther it stops.

Meanwhile I updated also Event Organiser PRO, but no difference.

This is what I have: Event Organiser v 3.8.5 Event Organiser Booking Notification Settings v 1.0.0 Event Organiser iDeal (Mollie) v 1.1.2 Event Organiser Posterboard v 3.0.1 Event Organiser Pro v 3.0.7 With PHP version 7.3

I hope you can help! People are buying tickets in the meanwhile.
