Add Libcamera support and IMX296 (Global shutter camera) support.

Plus any fixes for RasPiOS Bookworm.

  • [ ] Make capture faster (currently 100ms/frame)
  • [ ] Calibrate GS camera
  • [ ] Generate 1m2 dataset for GS camera
  • [ ] Ensure process_test.py, cameracal.py and aprilmav.py still work on Bookworm/Pi5
  • [ ] Profile performance/accuracy improvements with GCS Camera on Pi5
