This error still occurs just after doing brew update ghi just now. Let me know what other diagnostics I can provide.

Thanks, I didn't know this had been forked.

Unfortunately, even after upgrading from version 1.2.0_4 (from homebrew) to 1.2.0 (from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/drazisil/ghi/master/ghi), the issue persists.
