Cocoapods

I'd be cool to also add Cocoapods support. I done this implementation myself last month for my library. Just follow this post and this checklist.

Thanks for the suggestion! Formatting is currently a Swift 3 prototype of sorts (I'm sure you've seen this comment here https://github.com/stephencelis/Formatting/pull/3#issuecomment-230358473). I'm going to let things percolate a bit before fully supporting this as a library.
