Audio delay / Sync problem

Hey everyone, is anyone experiencing a sync problem? Right now it takes 2~3 seconds to play/pause, and the video is no longer perfectly in sync. I reinstalled airsonos but no luck. I don't know whether it is a problem with the update in the Sonos firmware released couple days ago.

Hi, I have the same issue. In the past (4 weeks back) I was under this impression, this happens only under Node 5.0, but now I have the same issue on all Node versions.

I have the same issue, didn't notice the sync problem for a while as I was only using airsonos for audio playback. I was happy to get it working on OSX10.11 so it will be awesome to get the sync working so video playback can be used.

Same issue here. It is ok for audio but watching videos is not possible with this delay.

I do have the same problem! For now the only way I found is to delay by 3s in VLC.

Also getting this issue - 3-4 second delay for audio.

don't wanna spam but the solution is: Use your Sonos as designed.The 2 minutes I was using Airsonos just taught me better. It also seems the maintainer of this repo is not active (last commit Nov 5th) and doesn't read this thread.

Even I have a lag of about 4-5 seconds. Could it be a router related issue?
