bower_components seems to have moved to public/lib

Hi,

I enjoyed your blog post on TopTal.

I'm not sure if this is just my setup; however, when I tried to follow the instructions on the README, I got some errors. After running bower install and replacing all references of "bower_components" to "public/lib", everything seemed to work as expected.

Just thought you might want to know.

$ npm --version
3.3.5
$ bower --version
1.6.3
