we don't need to auth metrics, as they contain aggregated info and anonymized ids only it makes much more sense to clean up logs first

during the meeting today @hlinnaka mentioned that we're ready to increase the scale up more towards the 300GB, e.g. 50GB first?

is this still blocked by neondatabase/neon#2221 ?
