Missing dot at exported images

The dot under PNP transistor shows in web editor, but not in exported images. 

Restarting in a loop

After fresh install of Bodhi Linux 7.0.0 it worked fine, but after upgrades and restart, I login and it keeps restarting in the loop. It occurs on two different laptops.
