GPL-3.0-only or GPL-3.0-or-later?

The plugin.json only says GPL-3, can you please specify which license you mean to use for your project in SPDX identifier?

I would love it if this module could be included in DISTRHO/Cardinal! The project maintainers need to know whether this is gpl3+ or gpl3 only in order to know if it can be included.

I don't mean to bother you, but @petertools or @stellare-modular do either of you happen to know the answer to this?
