Don't show "current orders" if there are no "current orders"

So people can view the order book by default and the order tab should only be there if there are pending orders.

Changing the visibility of the tab based on the content of the tab is a little awkward. Messaging that tells you when you don't have an orders open is useful, and the tab disappearing is a little disorienting.

What about showing the "Order Book" tab first so it is open by default?
