Add user feedback when fields are loading

As a user, I like to get confirmation that fields are loading; otherwise I think the app is hanging. There are multiple fields where I would like to get this confirmatory feedback:

  1. send to field, as the username and wallet id are being fetched
  2. amount field, in the currency drop down as the currencies are loading

Suggest: spinners or similar.
