CLI: Currently exits 0 with an error; should be 1

What version are you using?

0.9.1

What did you do?

Ran a failing command within a bash script that had set -e at the top.

What did you expect to see?

Errors should have an exit code of 1.

What did you see instead?

Instead of exiting the script on the error it continued because the command exited with a exit code of 0.

Am I missing something, or is this handled already by this PR?
