Display estimated fee information in informative logs

What problem does your feature solve?

It isn't obvious how much native asset is needed to execute transactions. Whilst folks can simulate and then inspect the transaction to read the fee, it isnt intuitive that a developer should go and do that to find out what the fee will be.

What would you like to see?

Displaying of fee information whenever transactions are simulated.
