Rename quickstart
The quickstart image contains a developer tool for use during development and testing of applications built on Stellar.
In the early days the image was the fastest way to get a core and horizon up and running. That is still the case today, but not in anyway that is considered "production ready" or "security hardened".
It's primary functionality is to run a local test network that can be used instead of testnet in environments like a local developers system, or in CI.
The name quickstart implies it's a way to go from zero to some running system, which it is, but it can be interpreted as these are the quickstarts to run a node, which it isn't.
There is probably a better more accurate, and intentional, name that we can come up with that better communicates that the image is for local or CI development and testing.
Please post suggestions for alternative names in this issue. Please keep suggestions brief so that folks can unambiguously thumb up your suggestion.

I will post the first few, these are ideas I've heard others share at one time or another:
devnet (from @chadoh)
localnode (from @janewang)

So far the devnet and localnet ideas have the most upvotes.
An advantage of devnet is it doesn't limit its scope to local use, technically folks can deploy it for use in development and testing, or use it in remote CI environments.
testnet
devtest
devchain
