Lab Update: Support to Protocol 19

Protocol 19 introduces new preconditions and signed payload signers (CAP-21 and CAP-40). This is a proposal for how the laboratory interface can be updated to accommodate these needs.

Notes:

  • In the Figma file, yellow notes explain the changes in more detail
  • Part of the copy and helper messages are still placeholders

Hi @brunomuler, maybe the user should be able to parse the signed payload signer via the laboratory? Snipaste_2022-03-29_13-50-16
