Steps to reproduce:

  • Open laboratory with these settings
  • Note: Time Bounds -> Min Time value set in the editor
  • Check generated XDR
  • XDR viewer shows timeBounds.minTime = 0
  • Expected to see timeBounds.minTime = 1653145481

Environment: Chrome 88.0.4324.150 on Windows
