Simulate on Contract Explorer without connecting a wallet

What problem does your feature solve?

Simulation is one of the main ways to read contract data from chain, and it should be easy for users to view contract data via the Contract Explorer.

What would you like to see?

1. Users do not need a connected wallet to simulate with the contract explorer
2. Users with a connected wallet do not need to connect with a funded mainnet account.

What alternatives are there?

Connecting with a funded mainnet account is currently the only way to use the Simulate endpoint on the Contract Explorer.
