What problem does your feature solve?

• Wallets are often treated as a workbench, or a dashboard for one's onchain activities
• Because of this, there are often a lot of things happening onchain that may pull a user's attention one direction or another way
• And because on-chain notifications were never implemented in a safe and usable way, users are often at a loss when it comes to finding new things to do onchain, and where to put their attention
• There needs to be a consistent place for users to look to see certain important details

What would you like to see?

• A carousel of dismissable tiles, where each tile represents one of the following:
• An ecosystem relevant update
• A warning to upgrade to latest version (not dismissable, if the user's version is older than the latest required_version
• SCF voting CTAs
• New onchain opportunities
• New partnerships

What alternatives are there?

• Without this, users have to rely on Discord, group chats, and social media to keep up with new onchain activities

@Keeeeeeeks I am assuming this is something that we are still figuring out the specs and the designs so I added a "product" label to it. Let me know in case that doesn't make sense.

Question: how would we control/populate those tiles? are we thinking about using feature flags?
