Add standalone node configuration in pre-defined networks

What problem does your feature solve?

Faster on-boarding for new users using a local node.

What would you like to see?

Have a pre-defined configuration for a local deployment which is using the official Docker image paths. This is common enough so that IMO there should be a default for it.

What alternatives are there?

Right now we manually have to add the standalone configuration. This is error prone and the UI is also hard to navigate to find where to do that (another thing to improve actually.)
