Consider variable friendbot top-up amount

Being able to request a specific amount from the friendbot would be quite handy. Is there any reason for the constant amount?

Restricting the amount to <= 10.000 would be fine. Usually I don't need that much and in certain testing scenarios I don't even want that much.
