Add ledger close time to transactions/operations/effects

When getting all operations or operations per account, the date of the operation is not known. Would it be possible to add the operation date and time ?

Yeah, this is definitely a possibility.

This would be helpful when displaying all the payments of an account.

Right now, to show something like this:

We would need to get the payments and then request the transaction for each payment.
