Parallel LU decomposition and shared memory issues on Archer2

When HAS_ISO_C_BINDING = yes is used alongside the parallel LU decompositions, stella will crash when used on Archer2 when the Cray compilers are used. This problem does not happen when the gnu compilers are used instead, or on other compilers using Intel compilers. It remains to be seen if this is a problem with the Cray compilers, or if there is a deeper problem in the shared memory methods.
