Display SuperCharger loading screen

Instead of showing only the simple loading bar, we could emulate the SC BIOS more faithfully (e.g. based on the BIOS ROM). We could display the "Press Play" and "Stop Tape" screens (skipped e.g. with FIRE), and make the loading bars slower (adjustable).

This would add an extra level or realism to Stella.

Maybe not completely related to this, but if we need more proper emulation of a cassette drive, then that would benefit KidVid and Compumate controllers too. There are already issues created for each of those.
