Mac OS El Capitan, using Release 2.0.2 Whenever I disable title bar the the clicking Helium windows will always bring it back on focus instead of passing through the app...

It would be great to be able to open .mkv files with your version of helium! Now it won't do a thing if i select an .mkv file.

Window translucency is loaded from settings, but menu items aren't changed: "Never" option is always chosen on app start.
