database search for comparison: are my data being sent to external server?

Hi!thank you for the great tools. When running foldseek locally (after having downloaded databases or with my custom databases), are my query sequences/structures being sent to an external server (as it happens with MSA server)? Does this happen with other tools for sequence alignment like foldmason or MMseqs?

Nothing is sent to a server once you run it locally.
