how to filter results from structure search using FASTA input and custom annotation db

Hi,

I have looked at answer provided in issue #167

I understand that the main criteria for filtering is evalue based on the response provided in issue mentionned above. When I look at my results, I see some interesting results but evalue is not so good:

query SLCT-1 target BIHOEHLG_02031 fident 0.078 alnlen 610 mismatch 526 gapopen 0 qstart 24 qend 633 tstart 1 tend 572 evalue 0.1708 bits 103 qcov 0.825 tcov 0.888

So the query and target have a nice coverage but evalue turns out not so good. This next example is the hit with the best bit score:

query SLCT-1 target BIHOEHLG_00538 fident 0.314 alnlen 371 mismatch 217 gapopen 0 qstart 366 qend 736 tstart 32 tend 349 evalue 1.35E-28 bits 1214 qcov 0.502 tcov 0.909

The query coverrage is only at 50%.

If you can provide me with any information on how to interperet correctly results this would help me for the filtering step.
