When I run the command line proposed for "Rescore aligments using TMscore" (with my own intputs data"): foldseek easy-search example/ example/ aln tmp --format-output query, target, alntmscore,u,t I am getting the error "Format code alntmscore does not exist.". Why?

You require the newest version of foldseek for this feature. What version did you use?

Hello, apologies for the delay in response. I install the version as described in the README: static Linux AVX2 build (check using: cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep avx2) wget https://mmseqs.com/foldseek/foldseek-linux-avx2.tar.gz; tar xvzf foldseek-linux-avx2.tar.gz; export PATH=$(pwd)/foldseek/bin/:$PATH Should I build from source by cloning the repository? Thanks a lot!

The most current version should have this format output flag.
