Current Behavior

Documentation is exclusively for MMSeqs2. The input data (e.g pdb) and output data are different formats to that of MMSeqs2: https://github.com/soedinglab/MMseqs2-App/blob/master/docs/api_example.py

Please make sure to execute the reproduction steps with newly recreated and empty tmp folders. N/A

Foldseek Output (for bugs)

Please make sure to also post the complete output of Spacepharer. You can use gist.github.com for large output. N/A
