Possibility to foldseek against only a PDB-chain

So we can use the easy-search very nicely to search a PDB, like this foldseek easy-search <pdb_loc> <foldseek_db_loc> <output_loc>

However, I was wondering if it is possible also give the PDB chain as input (e.g. chain B), so we only foldseek for a part of the PDB.

I suppose it will certainly work! Can you try modifying the input PDB and discard all those chains except chain B?
