a PDB list as input for foldseek?

HI, for the easy-search , foldseek easy-search example/d1asha_ example/ aln tmpFolder , could the example/ be replaced by a txt file that contain a list of structures (might from different directories)?

Oh this is a good idea for sure ! In the meantime @BinhongLiu what I usually do for that is to symlink all desired PDB files to a single input directory ..
