using foldcomp database with a foldseek search

I'm trying to use a foldcomp database (esmatlas_v2023_02) for a foldseek search. I downloaded following the instructions, when I try to use easy-search though I get this error:

Input database "foldcomp_DB/esmatlas_v2023_02" has the wrong type (Generic) Allowed input:

• Index
• Nucleotide
• Profile
• Aminoacid

Am I missing a step? Do I need to decompress the database and convert it to pdb files first?

Please try foldseek createdb for foldcomp database and run foldseek on the generated foldseek database. Also, check that v2023_02 is a partial update from initial release to 02/2023. If you want the whole esmatlas, please use esmatlas
