Ok, updating `certifi` helped a lot. Initially it was version `2019.11.28`. After updating I have `2021.10.08` and much more jobs are starting (without using the dummy process).
Updating wine is not that easy to me. I would have to ask and it has already been much work to install this version wine.
Just moving the package directory of `zugbruecke` did not work directly. Seems I need to modify some paths but do not have any more time now. I'll do it later....
