Feature Request/Idea: Reader Mode

First of all: Truly brilliant idea, Stefan! I hope this lasts...

I don't know if this is possible within the scope of browser extensions, but a really quick and convenient workaround for layout issues could be to trigger the browsers reader mode after fetching the article.
