Extend DemoDialog to show resources / allow resource assigned entries to be created

Currently the demo cannot create entries for specific resources. Todos

• extend demo dialog to handle ResourceEntry
• show assigned resources

Editing resources inside the dialog is not necessary. Showing them and use ResourceEntries is enough.
