SuperF4 doesn't start on boot.

I have tried everything... I put it into Start-up folder, I enabled the Auto-Start but it doesn't start on boot. It was working completely fine before I format my pc....

Exactly what the title says. When I use the Win+F4 combination to activate xkill, the startup menu also opens alongside xkill activating, which is really annoying.
