SuperF4 makes my keyboard input super laggy, but only after switching monitors

So yeah this is odd.

When I have superF4 open, which is always, then switch my main monitor (which I need to do for a gaming thing)... My keyboard input get's super laggy. As in, every keypress takes a few seconds to register. This happens in windows, browser, any program.

Then I close superF4 and the pc is back to normal.

It only happens after switching displays.

Is there a way to fix this?

Edit: ah, just noticed this issue has existed since the start, and apparently can't be fixed?
