This application uses the same memory space as does postimage(https://postimages.org/app).

If I open postimage, press print screen, then altdrag no longer functions. I then have to close and re-open altdrag for it to work again, or close postimage for good.

I checked and it seems that postimage removes all keyboard hooks when using it. It applies to other programs such as AutoHotyey. I suggest you submit a bug report to the developers of postimage because their program is removing the keyboard access to the others. If I can find a way to detect that the keyboard hook was broken, I Will add an auto-rehook option. PS: you can just enable/disable AltDrag, you do not have to completely restart it. If I manage to implement a fix, I will post a link here.

Edit it seems PostImage application was last updated in 2013. Not sure its development is very active.

I have experienced a conflict with VS Code:

Moreover, what I experienced is similar to:

  • #7

I will try AltSnap for a change.
