Media Keys Don't Work

When I work, I usually put on my music playlist on Youtube and use the skip key on my keyboard until I find a song I like. I recently discovered the shuffle bug on Youtube and found this as an alternative, but the media keys don't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
