File Systemic.sh does not exist

Open TobyOnGithub opened this issue 6 years ago • 7 comments

Hi Stefano,

hope you read this. I have downloaded the ZIP file from the GITHub repository. I could solve some problems. But it appears that the file "Systemic.sh" is no longer existent and hence the README file is a bit confusing.

Any help / update is appreciated.

Best, Toby

Hi John,

yes -- I got help from Trifon Trifonov. I could forward you the information that Trifon gave to me. That would make things easier.

Best, Toby

Hello everyone,

after some installation challenges, I ended up with the terminal output: gcc -shared -o libsystemic.so objects/*.o -L./deps/lib -lm -lgsl -lgslcblas -lgomp -lc -lswift -lf2c -lgfortran cp libsystemic.so R

So I assume I have installed Systemic. But I am also facing the same problem of the missing Systemic.sh file. Could you please send the required information to [email protected]

Thanks in advance!

Best

Florian
