How can I convert a .vels file to a .sys file in order to open it?

Hi, I would like to know if you can help me please. I downloaded the new dataset on exoplanets: https://ebps.carnegiescience.edu/data/ , but they all are .vels files. I can open them in Systemic and see the plots and data, but I cannot load the file. Thank you in advance, Regards.
