Consistently failing note

I'm trying to convert a large notebook. It consistently fails on note 74 of 1200.

I have tried the following:

1. Clear previous partially-converted notebook in OneNote
2. Clear previous partially-converted notebook from OneDrive
3. Clear OneNote cache (C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneNote\16.0\cache)
4. Open OneNote and let it re-sync all existing notebooks
5. Restart
6. Exit OneDrive manually
7. Run conversion tool

Error is:

Super grateful for your awesome tool and have successfully converted a large number of notebooks so far.
