Tray icon disappearing in Windows 11 Pro 23H2

I have two PCs that I recently upgraded to Windows 11 Pro 23H2. On both systems, the application’s tray icon appears normally when the program starts, but after a few seconds the icon disappears. The space in the tray where the icon was remains reserved, and the application itself keeps running normally.

I’ve tested this in Safe Mode, and the issue still occurs. This problem did not happen in Windows 10.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea what could be causing it?
