Suggest to merge code snippets dialog with style configure dialog

In current version, style and code snippets config tool is separated, one is autocomplete.ini, one is userconfig, even both of theme are organized by language. If I want to change them by handy edit config, I have to deal with two file. I suggest merge them in the future, and only need one configure file and configure theme in one place. For example, in dialog left have a language list, right is lex style and code snippet.
