Harvester was Hollow?

I was able to enter the same tile as an enemy harvester. See the attached images.

It was a simple click and attack command that was somehow misinterpreted. My sonic tank was being attacked when on the square - I lost several before I grabbed my phone.
Also note that the concrete of the opponent's structures is missing.
