This project is open source but is missing a license file. Please add one!

Without a license, it is legally NOT open source at all, but only "source available". So it would indeed be good if a license could be added to the project.

Also, I find no mention of whether the assets in this project have all been recreated and are thus free to use (and again, no license is specified, making them "all rights reserved"), or whether the original Dune II game (which is no longer available for purchase anywhere) is required.
