Lost Construction yard

Hi, Lost construction yard resulted in having to build all the buildings again. It didn't take into account any existing buildings, Eg, i had to build a windtrap and a refinery to get access to the vehicle structures, then had to build a light vehicle again.

Also, Without a construction yard I was still able to build rocket turrets.
