Re-introduce hotkeys

In previous versions of D2TM the following hotkeys worked:

U			- Hotkey for Upgrading
B			- Build last built icon from selected list
P			- Place built structure.

these no longer work, restore them.

Would be nice if we could allow mapping them to player needs.

U for upgrading is no longer applicable, because of the way it is redesigned.
