added for manual editing of parameters for crop fields (class numbers 1000 and above). also implemented for vegetation pars. below that, the same structure can be repeated for wat pav soilpars. however, no need right now.

rethink individuual vegetation/pavement/water, it would replace this cropfields stuff. makes sense though to define individual classes.
