x64 release of development build?

Since SimCoupe now defaults to an x64 install (on Windows), the 32-bit development-bleeding-edge dlls no longer work. For SimCoupe this is not a problem since Si is compiling the SAASound...

If you start [Bear a Grudge](https://www.spectrumcomputing.co.uk/entry/490/ZX-Spectrum/Bear_a_Grudge) - jsspeccy3 initially outputs some high tones, more of these high tones can be heard around the 1 minute mark of the opening tune....

Something introduced in v2.38 is causing playback stutter when using SAA1099. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ATM-p3yexro&t=183s When using SAMdac as output, playback is fine. When using v2.37, playback is fine.
